For Users Accessing Outlook through the Web or the New Outlook Desktop App:
- Sign in to Outlook.office.com and select Settings at the top right of the page.
- Select Account > Signatures.
- Under Email signature, select + New Signature
- Name the new signature MTCcare
- In the main signature field, copy and paste the email signature template (LINK) and fill in your information.
- Select to Save the new signature
- Under Select default signatures, set the following options for your signature:
- For New Messages: select MTCcare from the dropdown menu
- For Replies/Forwards: select MTCcare from the dropdown menu
- Select Save when you're done.

For Users Accessing the Outlook (Classic) Application:
- Open a new email message.
- On the Message menu, select Signature > Signatures.
- Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type MTCcare as the name for the signature.
- Under Edit signature, copy and paste the email signature template (LINK) and fill in your information.
- Under Choose default signature, set the following options for your signature:
- New Messages: select MTCcare from the dropdown menu
- Replies/forwards: select MTCcare from the dropdown menu
- Choose OK to save your new signature and close the new email window.

IMPORTANT:
- Please remember to fill in your information and erase the place holders and brackets.
- Add a space after you type your email to turn it into a link.
- Please DO NOT change any font, color, size, etc.
- If you do not have a company phone number, and do not feel comfortable including your personal phone number, please remove the line.
