- Sign into Teams and select Calendar from the left side bar
- Press the Meet Now button from the top right
- Press to Start Meeting from the Start a meeting now window
- If your camera is turned off, turn the camera on using the slider on the bottom left of the meeting settings window
- After the camera is turned on select the Effects and avatars option
- Select More video effects from the Video effects tab
- A Video effects panel will open on the right side
- Under the Backgrounds section select the Add new button
- From the File Explorer window that opens navigate to the folder containing the company background image, select the image and select to open
- If prompted, select to Apply the background change

- Right Click the images below and select Save Image As to save them to your pictures folder
