Browser: How To Clear Cache And Cookies

1. With the browser window open press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL to open the Delete Browsing Data window
2. From the Time Range dropdown menu select All Time
   • In Chrome go to the Advanced Tab then select All Time from the Time Range dropdown
3. Make sure that the following boxes are checked:
   • Cookies and Other Site Data
   • Cached Images and Files
   • Site Settings / Site Permissions
4. Select the Delete Data or Clear Now buttons
5. Close all browser windows then reopen the browser and continue as normal
