Things to know:
- On October 1, 2025, your email will be changing from first.last@meditelecare.com to first.last@mtccare.com
- Your password will NOT change
- Microsoft Authenticator will NOT require any changes
- Any emails being sent to @meditelecare.com will still reach you in the @mtccare.com mailbox
**NOTE: This rebrand will only affect internal Microsoft logins and NOT any of the following:
- Go! Portal
- Pre-existing facility EHR/PCC logins
- Paychex Flex login
- PacEHR login
- Relias login

Actions to take on October 1, 2025:
- Sign out from your laptop account, then sign back in
- Press CTRL + ALT +DEL then select Sign Out
- Select Other User from the bottom left of the login screen
- Enter your updated email first.last@mtccare.com as the username
- Enter your current laptop/Microsoft password to sign back in
- You will need to sign out and back into all Microsoft apps
- In your browsers (Edge/Chrome) you will be prompted to sign back into all Microsoft related websites
- update the username to the first.last@mtccare.com address
